Terms of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on this online store. They apply to any order placed by a consumer customer. By confirming your order, you declare that you have read and accepted them.

Seller

Sales are concluded with the sole trader who operates the Chat, Chien & Moi store: SIRET 995 060 027 00019, 48 Rue du Château d'Eau, 75010 Paris, France, info@chatchienetmoi.fr. This information also appears in our legal notice.

Products

We sell accessories and supplies for dogs and cats. Photographs illustrate the products; slight variations in color or finish may exist. The dimensions given on each product page are authoritative: refer to them rather than to the apparent scale of the photos.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order and repeated in the order summary. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

Orders

The sale is concluded when you confirm your order and the payment is accepted. You then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute, a clearly abnormal order or an item being out of stock; in that case, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is made when you place your order, on a secure, encrypted page, through certified payment providers. We never have access to your bank details.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of their confirmation. Zones, costs and terms are detailed in our shipping policy. If your order is late, you can email us: we follow up with the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from receipt to withdraw, with no reason needed, instead of the 14 days provided by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. The terms are set out in our return and refund policy.

Legal guarantees

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, which you can exercise by writing to info@chatchienetmoi.fr.

Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, please email us first at info@chatchienetmoi.fr: the vast majority of issues are resolved this way.

If no agreement is reached, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

These terms are governed by French law.
