Cat beds & hammocks — learn more
Where and how does your cat sleep?
Cats often change their sleeping spot. Watch your cat's habits before choosing:
- It likes to hide: the cave with ears, the triangle cave, the foldable house or the sleeping bag, which wrap around it, and the felt donut tunnel bed, to hide inside or sleep on top.
- It sleeps curled up: the faux fur donut bed with raised rim, or the padded oval basket.
- It stretches out full length: the rectangular sofa bed, with padded bolsters to snuggle against; in size L, two cats can sleep in it together.
- It watches through the window: the suction cup hammock, in the sun, or the wooden hanging hammock that hooks onto the sill, with no suction cups or drilling.
- It follows you to your desk: the clamp-on desk bed, fixed to the edge of the table, 30 cm above the top.
- It scratches when it wakes up: the oval basket, a scratcher and a bed in one.
- It seeks warmth: the plush radiator hammock, hooked above the radiator; the self-heating mat reflects its own body heat, no electricity needed; the fleece blankets go anywhere.
- It no longer jumps so well: the adjustable wooden ramp with a non-slip carpet, to reach the sofa or your bed without jumping.
- It lives outdoors: the insulated, raised shelter, kept dry on its legs, for the garden or the terrace.
For an older cat, choose a low, warm bed that is easy to reach: our guide senior cat covers its needs. And in winter, from what temperature it gets cold: is my cat cold?
FAQ
Where should I put the bed?
In a quiet spot, away from drafts; many cats like to sleep up high or near a window, where they can watch without being disturbed.
My cat ignores its new bed, what can I do?
Put a piece of clothing that smells of you, or its usual blanket, in it, and place it where your cat already sleeps.
How do I care for a plush bed?
Vacuum the hair every week; for washing, follow the instructions on the product page.
