Dog bowls & feeders — learn more
Dog bowls and feeders: eat more slowly, drink anywhere
A dog that swallows its meal in a few seconds can choke or regurgitate. Slow feeder bowls and games slow the meal down and keep the mind busy: the dog has to search for its food.
- The slow feeder bowl: a non-slip maze that makes it eat in small bites.
- The snuffle mat: kibble hides in the fringes, the dog finds it by scent.
- The snuffle ball in fleece: same idea, but it rolls when the dog pushes it.
- The treat ball and the treat puzzle: food is earned through play.
- The lick mat with suction cups: spread wet food on it and the dog licks for a long time.
- The raised double bowl in bamboo, height-adjustable, to eat without bending down too far.
- The 4 L automatic pet feeder: up to 4 meals a day, served on time, for a small or medium dog.
- The gravity food and water station, with no batteries or plug: kibble and water come down as the bowl empties, for a small dog.
- The 1.5 kg airtight kibble container: sealed lid, measuring cup and pouring spout, to keep the food dry and serve the right amount.
- The 2 L spill-proof water bowl: its floating disc limits splashing, for dogs that drink in big gulps.
- The 2-in-1 water bottle with foldable bowl, to drink on walks.
- The foldable double travel bowl: one bowl for water, one for kibble, and it all folds into the backpack.
FAQ
A raised bowl: for which dog?
It helps an older dog or one with joint pain. In large breeds, its effect on the risk of stomach torsion is debated: ask your vet.
Stainless steel, plastic or silicone?
Stainless steel does not hold odors and is easy to clean; silicone folds and travels.
How do I wash a lick mat?
In hot soapy water after each use, with a brush for the grooves.
An automatic feeder: for which dog?
For a small or medium dog fed on kibble: one portion weighs 6 to 10 g, so 55 to 90 g per meal at most, up to 4 meals a day. For a large dog, the amount is not enough.
How should I store kibble?
In a dry place, away from heat and light, in a tightly closed bag or an airtight container; wash the container between refills.
