Which model should I choose?

The fountain is available on its own or with a set of 6 replacement filters. The 6-filter pack can also be ordered separately when in stock.

How to use it

1. Charge the battery using the USB-C cable.
2. Rinse the tank and filter, then fill with water.
3. Select the mode using the button on top: sensor to save battery, timer, or continuous flow while plugged in.
4. Change the water every week and replace the filter as soon as it becomes discolored.

How long does the battery last?
According to the manufacturer, up to 30 days in timer mode. In sensor mode, it depends on how often your cat passes by; for continuous flow, the fountain must remain plugged in.

Will my cat trigger the sensor?
Yes, as soon as they approach within 1.5 m facing the fountain. Water remains available in the basin even when it is not flowing.

Is it noisy?
No: the manufacturer states approximately 25 dB, quieter than a whisper.

Is an adapter required?
For charging, a standard USB charger is sufficient. The manufacturer does not specify if it is included: use your phone charger.

My cat does not drink enough: where do I start?
With wet food: a cat fed wet food takes in two to three times more water overall than on kibble alone. Then several wide water points, changed every day, away from food; the fountain is one of them.
