Cat water fountains & bowls — learn more
Why a water fountain?
Many cats drink little, especially when they eat dry food, and moving water attracts them more than a bowl. A fountain filters the water and keeps it moving. Drinking enough matters for urinary health, as our guide cat urine explains.
- The 2.2 L stainless steel fountain, with a tap, round or square: stainless steel does not hold odors.
- The silent 2 L fountain, with a night light.
- The cordless 2.2 L fountain with motion sensor: the water flows when your cat comes close.
- The clear 1.5 L fountain, with a tap-style spout: the water level and the filter show at a glance.
At mealtimes, the 4 L automatic pet feeder serves up to 4 meals a day on time; with no electricity, the gravity food and water station refills the bowl and the water dish by itself; the 1.5 kg airtight container keeps kibble dry, with its measuring cup; the raised bowls, single tilted at 15°, cat-shaped or double, bring the food up to mouth height; the fruit-shaped ceramic bowls brighten up mealtimes; the liquid treat spoon and the pouch squeezer make wet food easier.
FAQ
Where should I put the fountain?
Away from the litter box and apart from the food bowl: many cats prefer to drink away from where they eat.
An automatic feeder: for which cat?
For a cat that asks for food early in the morning, eats too fast or is alone during the day: it gets its meals on time, in measured portions. It works with dry kibble, not wet food.
How often should I clean it?
Change the water and rinse the fountain at least once a week; replace the filter as often as the manufacturer advises.
Which fountain for a Maine Coon?
This large cat loves running water: our Maine Coon guide compares our three fountains.
