Which model to choose?

Two shapes for the same 2.2 L volume: round (18 cm diameter, 10 cm high) or square with rounded corners. Each is available alone, with 4 replacement filters, or with 4 filters and the motion sensor. The 12-filter pack, compatible with both shapes, and the sensor can also be ordered separately.

How does the sensor work?

It connects between the fountain and the USB plug. When your cat approaches, the pump starts running; it stops 30 seconds after they leave. The pump and filter wear out less quickly, and the fountain consumes less power.

How to set it up

1. Rinse the bowl, filter, and pump with clean water.
2. Place the pump and filter, fill with water, then put on the lid and faucet.
3. Connect the USB cable to a 5 V / 1 A power adapter (not included), with the sensor in between if you chose it.
4. Change the filter and clean the pump once a month, as recommended by the manufacturer.

Is it quiet?
According to the manufacturer, the pump runs between 25 and 30 dB, quieter than a whisper. Gurgling sounds usually mean it's time to refill the water.

Why stainless steel instead of plastic?
Stainless steel is more scratch-resistant and does not retain odors: the bowl stays clean more easily.

Which shape should I choose?
It depends on the space you have available: both hold 2.2 L and function in the same way.

How often should I change the filter?
The manufacturer recommends once a month, along with cleaning the pump at the same interval.

Is the sensor necessary?
No, the fountain works without it. With it, the water only flows when your pet approaches: it is more energy-efficient, and the pump lasts longer.
