The bed is shipped vacuum-compressed. Remove it from its packaging, shake it out, and massage the rim: it will regain its full volume within 24 to 48 hours, even faster in the sun or near a gentle heat source.
Is it machine washable?
Yes, on a delicate cycle at 30°C, then air dry. Detangle the fur with your hand once dry.
It's flat upon arrival, is that normal?
Yes, that is due to vacuum compression: allow 24 to 48 hours for it to regain its fluffiness.
My dog chews on their bedding...
This bed is not designed to withstand chewers: for them, we recommend a more robust mattress.
Is it suitable for a Maine Coon?
