Does your cat love to wander? This Bluetooth tracker, tucked into its silicone holder on a cat collar, appears in the Google Find Hub app (formerly "Find My Device") on your Android phone. You can see the last location where it was spotted on the map.

How does it work?
It is not a GPS: the tracker emits a Bluetooth signal, which is picked up by Android phones passing nearby in an anonymous and encrypted way. They report its position to the Google network, and it appears in your app. In cities and populated neighborhoods, it updates frequently; in the open countryside, far from any passersby, the position may remain that of the last sighting. Near your home, your own phone detects it directly.
Getting started
- Check that your Android phone can install the Google Find Hub app.
- Activate the tracker and bring it close to your phone: a window will appear to pair it in one tap.
- Slide it into the silicone holder, then thread the holder onto the collar.
- Adjust the collar: two fingers should fit underneath it.
Important: the tracker does not work with iPhones, or with Huawei phones without Google services.

Is it a GPS tracker?
No. It is a Bluetooth tracker that relies on passersby's Android phones. This is what makes it lightweight, subscription-free, and long-lasting, but the position is not tracked continuously like with a GPS.
Does it work with an iPhone?
No, only with Android phones capable of using Google Find Hub.
Can my cat get stuck by the collar?
The safety buckle opens if the collar gets snagged on a branch or fence: your cat can free itself. Keep in mind: in this case, the tracker remains with the collar.
Is it rain-resistant?
Yes, it resists splashes and rain. Avoid submerging it in water.
What about for a dog?
The collar is suitable for puppies and very small dogs (20 to 33 cm neck size). The tracker can also be attached to a bag or keys.
What should I do if my cat gets lost?
First check its last position in the app, then search very close by: half of the cats that are found were less than 50 m away. Report the loss to I-CAD and follow our guide lost cat: what to do.
- Maintenance: a damp cloth is sufficient; the silicone holder can be rinsed with clear water once the tracker is removed.
