Our suggestions

A 2.10 m cat tree to watch over the whole living room

The higher it climbs, the more at home your cat feels. This 212.5 cm cat tree reaches almost to the ceiling: six levels 30 to 40 cm apart, a 60 x 40 cm perch at the top where a big cat can stretch out at full length, two condos, a 35 cm basket, a hammock and eight sisal-wrapped posts. Its 62.5 x 52.5 cm base and anti-tip kit keep it stable, even with several cats on board.

Key points

  • 212.5 cm tall, 6 levels 30 to 40 cm apart
  • 60 x 40 cm padded top perch with a removable cushion
  • 2 condos: a large one with three portholes, one with a round opening
  • 35 cm basket and a hammock between two perches
  • 8 sisal-wrapped posts to scratch on every level
  • 62.5 x 52.5 cm base and anti-tip kit to secure it to the wall
  • 4 hanging pompoms, plus a spare one

Which cat is it for?

For large cats (Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest cat, Ragdoll), multi-cat homes and indoor cats that need to climb: according to the manufacturer, it holds up to six cats of 6.8 kg. The lower levels and the hammock stay easy to reach for a kitten or a senior cat.

Before ordering: your ceiling height

With a 2.50 m ceiling, the most common height, about 37 cm remain above the top: enough for a cat lying down. If your ceiling is lower, choose our 170 cm cat tree, which has the same layout in a more compact size.

Assembly and set-up

  1. Assemble the tree from the base up, following the illustrated instructions supplied with the fittings.
  2. Place it against a wall and secure it with the anti-tip kit: at 2.10 m, a cat tree should always be fixed.
  3. Tighten the screws again after a few weeks of use, then from time to time.

All our cat trees and scratchers.
