Soft rubber dog frisbee, 18 cm, gentle on the mouth

The frisbee he can catch without getting hurt

A hard frisbee can hurt the gums and damage the teeth when a dog catches it in mid-air. This one is made of soft rubber: it bends under the jaw, is easy to pick up from the grass and stays pleasant to carry back, throw after throw. A running and recall game that burns off his energy in a few minutes.

At a glance

• Soft rubber (TPR): gentle on the mouth, gums and teeth
• Easy to grab: it bends, so the dog can pick it up even lying flat
• Steady flight thanks to its flat, rimmed shape
• Light: 18 cm across and 54 g, it folds to fit in a pocket
• Bright colors, orange or red, easy to spot in the grass

Which dog is it for?

For medium to large dogs who love to run and fetch: shepherds, retrievers, hunting dogs, energetic mixed breeds. A small dog can play with it too, thrown short and low to the ground.

Does it stand up to biting?
It is made to be caught and brought back, not to be chewed: put it away when the game is over, and replace it if it gets torn. No toy is indestructible for a heavy chewer.

Can it go in the water?
According to the manufacturer, it floats. Play at the water's edge, where your dog can stand, and under your supervision.

How do I teach him to catch it?
Start by rolling it along the ground, then throw it low and short, into the wind. Increase the distance once he brings it back on his own.
