Which size to choose?

The small model (41 g) is suitable for cats, kittens, and small dogs. The large model (88 g) is designed for medium and large dogs with thicker claws.

How to use it

1. Locate the pink part of the claw (the quick): always cut in front of it, removing a little at a time.
2. Place the claw in the half-moon, against the guard at the tip of the claw, and cut with a firm motion.
3. Smooth the edge with the file, then reward your pet.

What if my dog's claws are black?
Since the quick is not visible, cut very small amounts and stop when a small dark dot appears in the center of the cut surface. An electric file is also more reassuring in this case.

How often should I trim?
When you hear their claws clicking on the floor, generally about once a month.

Should you trim an old cat's claws?
