A winter coat and a harness in one garment: the straps are sewn onto the jacket, with a D-ring on the back for the lead. Slip the jacket on, zip it up along the back, clip the lead, and off you go. What size should I choose?
Measure the chest girth (just behind the front legs), the neck girth and the back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail). The chest girth decides; if your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger one: the harness tightens, the jacket does not stretch.

Is the built-in harness enough for a dog that pulls?
It is made for everyday walks: the pull is spread over the chest, not the neck. For a dog that pulls hard, or for training sessions, a separate no-pull harness remains preferable.
Is it really waterproof?
The outer fabric is stated as waterproof by the manufacturer and water beads on it; the seams are not taped. Rain, snow and mud on walks, yes; an hour-long downpour, no.
How do I wash it?
By hand or in the machine at 30 °C on a delicate cycle, zip closed; air dry, no tumble dryer or ironing.
Does it suit a long-haired dog?
Yes: the fleece lining is smooth and the zip is on the back, away from the belly hair. Check nothing is caught in the slider as you close it.
